Pregnancy is a crisis that creates wonderful opportunities for us to expand our ability to love, sacrifice, resourcefulness, optimism, gratitude, love and self-reflection. Motherhood is an ongoing experience where we continuously pour all that you have of yourself into another human. Every. little. drop. Your mental, physical, emotional, spiritual self and all of your shortcomings are poured into your little one. Our love for our children moves us into action to be better so they can grow in a healthy emotional environment. This work to be a healthy mother never stops and the fuel is love.
